Our extra marmalade is made by cooking organic grown fruits in whole, cut, sieved or not, with organic grown sugar cane until it becomes partially liquid or thick. Not as sweet as a conventional marmalade, as we believe the genuine flavour of the fruit should prevail. Our organic marmalades are always prepared with natural fruit, we never use pulp. Cooked at moderate heat, never exceed 90º. When sugar is added, it remains on heat just the time required to thick with fruit's own natural pectin.
